Following my de stash efforts I have found some un finished projects I am slowly working my way through them either discarding or finishing them off. I found at the bottom of a large box this quilt that was started about three years ago when we were doing a lot of house sitting it was an ideal project to take away as it involved a lot of hand stitching. I started with a large pile of fabric scraps to create the backgrounds for each of the animals, then worked each piece separately finally arranging them to form the final quilt. I backed with a layer of batting and finally yellow cotton.
